Dim sum is over at 3pm. That is by the way, standard at all Chinese restaurants that serve dim sum. The one exception.. and it is in Chinatown.. is Won Kok restaurant. They are on the corner of Spring and Alpine. They serve until around 4am

Usually open on new year, I would suppose they would open at their usual time. Ten people are no problem. In fact you might get table earlier.

Our bill didnt include tip, there was only 2 of us. The tip i left was good, just as the service was. Our food was also great.
